Jefferies Group LLC (formerly Jefferies & Company, Inc. ) is a US investment bank focused on growth companies. The head office is in New York .

Jefferies Group LLC is divided into several divisions: investment banking , brokerage, securities trading and asset management . Jefferies is primarily active in high-growth industries, but also in other sectors such as industrial, energy, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals.

The company has around 30 branches worldwide, including offices in financial metropolises such as New York, Frankfurt am Main, London, Tokyo, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Zurich, Paris, Shanghai, Singapore, Dubai and New Delhi.
