John Jeremiah Johnson
John Jeremiah Johnson , also known as "Liver-Eating Johnson" (also called Johnston , * 1824 - † January 21, 1900 ) was an American trapper, fur trader and adventurer in the Wild West . He is the template for the very freely based film Jeremiah Johnson .
