Johnson Electric SA is a Bermuda-registered limited holding company that develops, manufactures and sells electrical switches, actuators , electronics and electronic controls. The company is based in Hong Kong . It sells its products worldwide.
In 2005, Johnson Electric bought Saia-Burgess and incorporated it into the corporate structure under its previous name. On February 1, 2013 Honeywell bought Saia-Burgess Controls AG, including the "Saia PCD®" brand.
