Jordi Cruz Mas (born June 29, 1978 in Manresa ) is a Spanish chef .

Career

After training at the Manresa School of Hospitality, he cooked in the Estany Clar restaurant in the northern province of Barcelona , which was awarded a Michelin star in 2004. In December 2007 he became head and chef of the restaurant L'Angle of the Hotel Món Sant Benet in San Fructuoso de Bages, which also received a Michelin star in 2008.

Since May 2010 he has been part of the management of the ABaC Restaurant & Hotel. The ABaC restaurant was awarded three Michelin stars in 2017.

Since 2013 he has been the jury of the TV program MasterChef together with Pepe Rodríguez and Samantha Vallejo-Nágera. In 2014, he appeared on the cover of Men's Health after losing nine kilograms of weight following the magazine's exercise and diet.
