José Migdael Zeceña (born January 17, 1977 ) is a Guatemalan road cyclist.
In 2008, José Migdael Zeceña finished third on the third leg of the stage race in Jalapa . At the IV ° Clasica Elite he came second in the second stage to Ciudad Vieja . In the overall ranking he was able to take second place behind Manuel Rodas at the IV ° Clasica Elite . Zeceña won the road race at the Guatemalan championship in San Lucas Sacatepéquez.
