Manuel Oseas Rodas Ochoa (born July 5, 1984 ) is a Guatemalan track and road cyclist. He has been one of the dominant cyclists in his country since the mid-2000s.

Athletic career

In 2006 Manuel Rodas won a stage of the Vuelta a Guatemala for the first time . By 2017 he had three more stage successes on this tour. He was national champion in the individual time trial seven times and in road racing twice. In 2015 he finished second in the individual time trial at the Pan-American Championships, and in 2017 third. In 2011 he was also the second-time Central American champion in individual time trials and road races, and in 2013 he won gold in road racing at the Central American Games. In 2012 he started in the street race of the Olympic Games in London , which he could not finish.

Rodas was also internationally successful on the track : in 2013 he won bronze at the Pan American championships in the points race and in 2017 silver.
