Joseph Behring
Joseph Behring (born August 7, 1884 in Gelsenkirchen ; † 1959 ) was a German, communist politician ( SPD / USPD / KPD ) and from 1921 to 1924 a member of the Hamburg parliament .
Life
Behring joined the SPD before the First World War and belonged to the left wing there. In 1917 he joined the USPD and in 1920 became a member of the KPD. Behring was party secretary in the Hamburg KPD district of Wasserkante until 1924 . From 1921 to 1924 he was a member of the Hamburg citizenship and then no longer appeared politically.
