Jourgebäck

Jourgebäck describes versions of small baked goods with a significantly lower mass and is also referred to as party biscuits . One representative is e.g. B. the party roll or mini roll.

The term is particularly widespread in Austria, derives from the French jour and indicates its use on special days in old Vienna.
