The Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization ( JEBO ) is a monthly scientific journal on economic topics published by the Dutch publisher Elsevier . The specialty is behavioral economics and related topics such as economic change and decision-making. It was founded in 1980 by Richard H. Day and Sidney G. Winter .

The editor-in-chief is William S. Neilson (2015). He is supported by six co-editors: Scott J. Adams , Dirk Engelmann , Thomas A. Gresik , Ragan Petrie , Marie Claire Villeval and Nicolaas Vriend . There are also a number of associate editors and seven honorary editors, including the two Nobel Prize winners George A. Akerlof and Reinhard Selten .
