Juan Pérez Floristán

Juan Pérez Floristán (born February 27, 1993 in Seville ) is a Spanish classical pianist .

Education and music career

Floristán was first taught by his mother Maria Floristán, later by Galina Eguiazarova at the Reina Sofía Music Academy in Madrid and by Eldar Nebolsin at the Hanns Eisler Music Academy in Berlin . In 2015 he won the Paloma O'Shea International Piano Competition in Santander and the Steinway Competition in Berlin. He has performed with the Spanish Television Symphony Orchestra, the Saint Petersburg Philharmonic and the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra , among others . In 2018 he was awarded 1st prize at the Kissinger Piano Olympics .
