Jules de Ségovia Wefine was a Spanish racing car driver .
Racing career
Jules de Ségovia competed twice in the Le Mans 24 Hours of his career . In 1924 he was part of the SARA factory team and drove a SARA ATS together with Philippe Alcain . After a technical defect, he was just as unable to finish the race as it was in 1925 .
