Junior Bazaar was a magazine, an offshoot of Harper's Bazaar, and was published from 1945 to 1948 by William Randolph Hearst .

Alexey Brodovitch , the art director of Harper's Bazaar and Junior Bazaar, tried to reach the younger audience with a mixture of pictures, graphics and photographs. Photographers like Lillian Bassman and Richard Avedon were allowed to put their photos in the magazine and thus achieved a certain level of awareness.
