Law Office (Kingdom of Hanover)
Justice Chancellery was the name for the courts of second instance in the Kingdom of Hanover .
history
After 1813 the court organization in the Kingdom of Hanover had to be reorganized. At the top was the Higher Appeal Court of Celle , among which 8 law offices were re-established as middle courts (later the Arensberg law office Haselünne was added). In the first instance there were 274 lower courts, including 162 offices , 64 patrimonial courts and 48 magistrates .
After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The judicial offices were abolished and replaced by higher courts .
