The choir literature is rehearsed in several rehearsal weekends and then presented to the public. The task of accompanying the young singers on their way was given to the two choir directors Elisabeth Taupe  and  Edi Oraže in the founding year 2005   . After Elisabeth Taupe's sudden death in April 2006, the musical direction remained in the capable hands of Edi Oražes. In autumn 2009 Bernhard Wolfsgruber  took over  the musical fate of the choir.
