KPMG Denmark

KPMG Denmark was until 2013 an audit and business consulting company of KPMG . It had a turnover of 1,546,000,000 Danish kroner . The company had around 1500 employees, 150 of whom were partners. They had three offices in Denmark and were number 3 in the auditing market. In 2011, Baker Tilly Denmark bought KPMG Randers. In 2013 KPMG Denmark and EY Denmark announced that they would merge under the umbrella of EY . This new company would then be number 2 among Danish auditors. After the merger, it was checked whether there had been any illegal agreements before the declaration of intent. The Danish judiciary referred the case to the ECJ , which saw no illegal agreements in the deal.
