KS / CS Kommunikation Schweiz is an umbrella organization for commercial communication in Switzerland.

history

The association was founded in 1925 under the name "SW Schweizer Werbung" as the first association in the Swiss advertising industry. In 2016 the name was changed to KS / CS Kommunikation Schweiz.

activity

KS / CS advocates a free framework for commercial communication in Switzerland. She represents the interests of commercial communication vis-à-vis politics, authorities, the media, the public and organizations. KS / CS is involved in the education and training of the industry as well as the self-regulation of honesty in advertising. KS / CS conducts the federal professional examinations for communication specialists as well as for communication managers.

Bureau

KS / CS Kommunikation Schweiz is chaired by the Council of States Filippo Lombardi . KS / CS is also involved in the parliamentary group “Media and Communication”, which Lombardi chairs together with National Councilor Matthias Aebischer .
