The KV Bildungsgruppe Schweiz is an amalgamation of 11 commercial and business schools in Switzerland with the participation of the Swiss Commercial Association . The group is divided into a not-for-profit association , which aims to promote and support training and further education, and the KV Bildungsgruppe Schweiz AG as an operational company.

In basic education, around 11,000 apprentices complete the school part of their training in commercial apprenticeships, retail, booksellers, etc. a. Andreas Hauri (also a member of the Zurich Cantonal Council) has been the managing director since November 1, 2014. The association is presided over by Peter Häfliger (at the same time rector of the KV Luzern Berufsakademie), the deputy president of the board is Christian Vifian (at the same time director of the WKS KV Bildung in Bern). The entrepreneur Peter Kohlhaas was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors on November 28, 2014, and Christian Vifian is the Deputy Chairman of the Board.
