Cabotage transport

As cabotage is called inland transport of goods by foreign carriers. In Germany, such internal transport is only permitted to carriers based in the European Economic Area EEA (EU member states and EFTA states with the exception of Switzerland ) who have an EU license. Other foreign carriers are not allowed to carry out cabotage.
