Kagemand

A Kagemand ( German about Kuchenmann ) is a cake in the shape of a boy or girl (with a dress), which is common in Denmark on children's birthday parties. Kagemand is a typical Scandinavian birthday cake and is often made with icing , marzipan and sweets or decorated with flags. When cutting, the cake man's neck is usually cut off first to the cheers of the guests.
