Kaiser-Friedrich-Therme
The Kaiser-Friedrich-Therme , originally called Kaiser-Friedrich-Bad , is a historic thermal bath in Wiesbaden , which was built in the years 1910 to 1913 by the architect AO Pauly in the form of Art Nouveau . The bath is fed from the Adlerquelle, Wiesbaden's second largest thermal spring after the Kochbrunnen . The water has a temperature of 64.6 ° C .
The so-called Irish-Roman bath with its mosaic tiles was extensively renovated in 1999 for around four million euros and additional rooms were added. Since then, it has offered a versatile sauna landscape with a tepidarium , sudatorium , sanarium , Russian steam bath , Finnish sauna and stone steam bath on 1,450 m² . There is also a lavacrum , a frigidarium and a tropical freezing rain zone . Various treatments such as massages , sand baths , rasul, soft packs and cosmetic treatments complete the offer.
A senior citizens' residence is attached to the Kaiser-Friedrich-Therme .
