Kamp Holland

Kamp Holland was a field camp of the Dutch armed forces in Afghanistan on the outskirts of Tarin Kut . It was created in the summer of 2006 during the Afghan war . About 1200 Dutch soldiers were stationed there. There were also about 390 Australian soldiers there . The Dutch withdrew most of their soldiers from Afghanistan in August 2010. The camp was also the headquarters of the Netherlands-led Provincial Reconstruction Team Tarin-Kowt.
