Combat strength (labor law)
In German labor law , the term combat strength describes the ability of a union to enforce its position in a labor dispute . The factors for this are
- that the strike fund is sufficiently full
- that enough trade unionists are willing to strike long enough against their employer
- a high level of organization
The term is also used less often for the same skill on the employer side. This is reduced accordingly by the fighting power of the union.
