The ordinance on the determination of capacity, the curricular standard values and the setting of admission numbers (in short: capacity ordinance ) regulates the rights and obligations of colleges and universities in Berlin . It regulates processes between the university administration and the technical supervision. The basis for the regulation is the State Treaty on the Allocation of Study Places .
