Capital neutralization

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The capital neutralization is through the convergence discussion ( Third Way ) and the alternative movement in use that have become economic and legal technical term.

Neutralization of capital according to Rudolf Steiner

First was Rudolf Steiner , founder of anthroposophy , considerations made for the "neutralization of the capital." The ownership of the means of production , that is, capital (in the legal sense), formed through the use of individual abilities over time , is to be withdrawn from the private enjoyment expectations of its owners by making it available for use by the owner or some other traditional dispositive after a certain time Factor , instead of being inherited , passes into the administration of a member of the spiritual organism , which in turn transfers this to a new "capable" person for further economic use as a work manager [Steiner]. It should also be possible for the company to be managed by several such “capable people”. A prerequisite for this, however, is a new legal subject , which leads to the fact that capital “belongs to itself”, so to speak. This new entity is in the tradition of the Germanic commons - and in contrast to the concept of ownership of Roman law . This capital, which has been withdrawn from the purely private power of disposal , thus represents a “neutralized capital” in terms of ownership. This is why one speaks here of “capital neutralization”.

Capital neutralization in the human economic democracy Ota Šiks

The Czech economic reformer in the government Alexander Dubček and economics professor Ota Šik developed the model of the employee society (MAG) on the basis of his analyzes of the socialist planned economy and according to his own considerations of Yugoslav workers' self-management. In the MAG, the rights of disposal over property, as described in the theory of rights of disposal , are regulated differently.

Capital neutralization in today's society

In a legal system that follows the tradition of the Roman concept of property , the reforms intended by Rudolf Steiner or the withdrawal of personal property are only possible to a limited extent, for example by transferring the capital to a charitable foundation , a registered association, a GmbH or to a cooperative . The “neutralization of capital” is in principle possible under today's conditions.

This has already been attempted in a model way by the Foundation Action Third Way , the Scott Bader Commonwealth and the non-profit WALA Foundation and, more recently, by Götz W. Werner through the dm Foundation .

The Neuguss GmbH is to be regarded as a kapitalneutralisiertes companies.

Recently, the Purpose Foundation has been promoting a new variant of capital neutralization with a brochure ("Responsible ownership - ownership and management in the 21st century").

Capital neutralization along the lines of the anarcho-syndicalists

The association of alternative residential projects Mietshäuser Syndikat , which was founded in 1992, composed the neutral capital of its members as a GmbH , which is owned jointly by the tenant association and the association of all projects. The association ensures that property cannot be privatized again, so the ius abutendi is excluded if it is not legally mandatory. All other rights of use are transferred to the tenant community. However, you may only use profits to maintain the house or to invest in new residential projects. This is a capital neutralization modeled on the anarcho-syndicalists.
