The capuchin is a type of coffee preparation in the Viennese coffee house culture . It is a small mocha with a few drops of whipped cream , which gives the coffee the color of a capuchin cowl. Occasionally, a strong coffee sprinkled with whipped cream and chocolate powder is offered as a "capuchin". Arose in from the Capuchin Italy the cappuccino .
