Karduniaš
Karduniaš (Karduniasch, also Karu-duniasch or Kara-duniasch ) is a name for Babylonia or the area ruled by the 3rd Dynasty of Babylonia. It occurs mainly in royal titles and appears for the first time in the time of Kara-indaš . Since Tukulti-Ninurta I they also occasionally lead Assyrian rulers. After the fall of Babylon, the name seems to be used only in Assyria.
