Maria Henze

Maria Henze (born January 28, 1926 in Hildesheim , † April 10, 1972 ibid) was a German educator and politician ( CDU ).

Life and work

After graduating from high school in 1944, Henze initially did Reich labor service with the Deutsche Reichsbahn . She then completed a pedagogical university degree, which she completed with a doctorate in Dr. phil. completed. She had worked as a teacher at a private school since 1954 and was most recently promoted to senior teacher. She was a member of the Lower Saxony State Board of the Association of Catholic German Teachers (VkdL).

Political party

Henze had been a member of the CDU since 1959.

Henze was a member of the German Bundestag from 1969 until her death on April 10, 1972. It was entered into parliament via the Lower Saxony state list.
