Karl Halbmayer is a former Austrian section head in the Federal Ministry of Transport .

Life

At least from 1977 to 1984 he was head of the central transport section and head of the coordination office for transport policy in the Federal Ministry of Transport.

He was also the managing president of the Austrian Transport Science Society .

Karl Halbmayer holds the academic degree Dr. jur. as well as the official title of Section Head .
