Katharina Stumpf Foundation

The Katharina Stumpf Foundation is a legal foundation under civil law and was established on September 19, 1994 and operates without state financial support. The founder was the Frankfurt businesswoman Katharina Stumpf . The foundation is represented by its four-person honorary board.

The purpose of the charitable foundation is to support people who are dependent on help because of their age and / or illness. The foundation exclusively, directly and selflessly pursues charitable purposes within the meaning of the tax code . The board decides on the allocation of the foundation's funds. There is no legal entitlement to a donation of foundation funds. The foundation's assets can be increased by donations expressly named as such. The seat and the office are in Frankfurt am Main, in whose Golden Book it was entered in 2001.

The foundation supported, for example, the Frankfurt District Association of Workers ' Welfare, intergenerational welfare projects and the Frankfurt Citizens' Institute.
