Kazaa Lite K ++ is a slimmed down version of the file sharing program Kazaa Media Desktop, which mainly removes annoying advertisements and spyware .
The software is used to exchange files in the Kazaa Internet exchange platform, which is based on the FastTrack protocol.
This fact makes it a nuisance for the operator of Kazaa, because for him it is a decompiled and unauthorized modified version of his own software , which is why he took action against the distribution of this new version. This modified version was developed by programmers such as randomnut and Yuri, among others .
In the meantime there is no more coordinated development of the "Kazaa Lite K ++" software. Some developer groups have come together to develop their own Kazaa-Lite or K ++ versions, which is why there are many K ++ derivatives today.
With Kazaa Lite K ++, some additional programs are installed during the installation, which facilitate the exchange and management of multimedia files.
One problem with the program is stability because Kazaa is hacked into RAM in real time . It happens occasionally that the structure changes in a flash during runtime or that buttons / markings do not work correctly.
