Kemal Order of Ladies

The Kemal Order of Ladies (also called Nishan al-Kamal or Order of Virtues ), Arabic قلادة كمال العظمى, DMG qilādat al-kmal al-ʿuẓmā  , 'greatest bond of Kemal', is an order of women in Egypt and is awarded for extraordinary services, but mostly only to the wives of important statesmen.

history

It was introduced in 1915 by Sultan Hussein Kamil . The band is gray with two gold vertical lines on each side.

After the military coup in 1952 , the order was retained, only changes were made to the statutes.

Order classes

The order consists of four classes:

  • EGY - Order of the Virtues - Supreme and first classes.svg Supreme class
  • EGY - Order of the Virtues - Supreme and first classes.svg 1st Class
  • EGY - Order of the Virtues - Second class.svg 2nd Class
  • EGY - Order of the Virtues - Third class.svg 3rd grade
