The Kempenfelt Bay is a bay in the Canadian province of Ontario . The elongated bay is on the west bank of Lake Simcoe . The largest city on the bay is Barrie with 121,248 inhabitants. Once a year the Kempenfest, an arts and crafts festival, takes place in the bay.
