Leg sleeves (also ham sleeve ; French Gigot ) is the name for a very wide from the shoulder to the upper arm to the wrist toward narrowed from the elbow sleeves of ladies dress. This fashion trend first appeared at the end of the 16th century and became particularly fashionable in the Biedermeier period and then again around 1900.
