Khaled Abu Arafeh
Khaled Abu Arafeh is a Palestinian politician. He was a Hamas minister without portfolio in the Palestinian Authority government from March 2006 .
On January 23, 2012, the former minister was arrested by the Israeli police at the premises of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in East Jerusalem along with Mohammed Toutah , a member of the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) . As long as there are no criminal charges against them, the two Palestinian politicians are to be deported from East Jerusalem.
