Kindai Mājan Original ( Japanese 近代 麻雀 オ リ ジ ナ ル ) was a Japanese manga magazine that published stories about the game Mah-Jongg and is therefore counted as part of the Mah-Jongg genre . It has been published by Take Shobō since 1977 and was created as an offshoot of his Mahjongg player magazine Kindai Mājan . Later, the sister magazines Kindai Mājan Bessatsu and Kindai Mājan Gold were added to the Original . Original of the three is the magazine in which the game is discussed as "pleasant / beneficial". The readership is mostly male and between 16 and 22 years old.
