Kingsley Sarfo

Kingsley Kofi Sarfo (born February 13, 1995 in Ghana ) is a Ghanaian football player .

Life

Sarfo came to Sweden as a teenager and played for various football clubs there. Most recently he was a midfielder with Malmö FF . In the meantime, he was considered a candidate for the Swedish national football team . The Swedish Football Association had already sought an accelerated naturalization process for him. In 2017, Sarfo decided to play for the national soccer team of his country of birth . He made his debut in qualifying for the 2018 World Cup against Uganda.

On June 8, 2018, he was sentenced to two years and eight months in prison by a Swedish court for abusing a 14-year-old girl. A few days later he was released from Malmö FF.
