Cleopatra (software)

Kleopatra is the preferred certificate manager for Gpg4win , the email encryption component in Windows operating systems. There is also a variant for Linux .

The program offers uniform user guidance for all crypto dialogues. This allows you to conveniently manage certificates ( OpenPGP and S / MIME ).

Kleopatra offers the import and export of certificates from and to OpenPGP certificate servers (including key servers) and X.509 ( LDAP ) certificate servers .

The user can also manage the trust level of OpenPGP certificates for himself, e.g. B. mark the certificates stored in this administration as more or less trustworthy.
