Ajimu Monastery
Monastery Ajimu ( jap. 安心院の聖母修道院 , Ajimu no Seibo Shūdōin . Lat Abbatia Beatae Mariae de Ajimu . Dt "of the Holy Mother of Ajimu Monastery") is a Japanese Trappist - abbey , first in Miyako , since 2002 in Ajimu , Diocese of Ōita .
history
The Nishinomiya Monastery founded a subsidiary monastery in Miyako on the island of Miyako-jima in 1981 (abbey from 1988), which was relocated to Kayagomori, Ajimu, Usa , on the main island of Kyushu in 2002 .
