Königshofen Monastery in Grabfeld was a Capuchin monastery in Bad Königshofen in Bavaria in the Diocese of Würzburg .
history
The monastery was founded in 1647. In 1973 the monastery was closed due to a lack of offspring, after only one priest had worked there for several years. The monastery buildings were bought by the city and demolished in 1971. The city's spa gardens and a hotel are now located on the site. The Capuchin monastery church has been preserved, it is a listed building and was renovated inside in the 1990s.
