Bone inhibition

The bone inhibition serves to guide biological joints . The parts belonging to a joint would allow almost any movement without guidance, e.g. B. also the far removal or moving of the joint parts. This possibility also counteracts the bone inhibition and thus enables targeted guidance of the joint parts with well-defined degrees of freedom.

Example: The olecranon of the ulna appears in extension of the elbow in the bony pit of the humerus and acts there by bony inhibiting a further extension counter.
