Konstantin Jurjewitsch Noskow ( Russian Константин Юрьевич Носков ; born September 26, 1978 in Oktyabrsky , Arkhangelsk Oblast , Soviet Union ) is a Russian politician . Since 2018 he has been Minister for Digital Development, Communication and Media of the Russian Federation .

Life

In 2000 Noskow graduated from the Moscow State Academy for Equipment and Computer Science as a specialist in "automated systems of information processing and control". In 2001 he also graduated from the Higher Business School specializing in "Strategic Management". From 2000 to 2001 he worked as a business analyst for a program format for the television station NTW. From 2001 to 2008 he worked for the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation. First he worked as a department head in the field of economic development programs and cooperation with international financial organizations, then from 2004 as deputy department director for socio-economic reforms and as deputy department director for budgeting .

From 2008 to 2011 he worked in the government apparatus of the Russian Federation. From 2008 he was deputy director of state administration, regional development and local self-government. He then worked from 2009 to 2011 as divisional director for information technology and communication. In 2009 he was part of the Top 100 Management Reserve under the auspices of the President of the Russian Federation. On November 30, 2012, he was appointed head of the Analysis Center at the Government of the Russian Federation, whose task is to provide operational information-analytical support to the Cabinet of Ministers in matters of finance, industrial policy, energy, agriculture, transport, strategic planning, regional development, education, health care, information technologies u. a. is. On May 18, 2018, Prime Minister Medvedev proposed that Noskov be appointed Minister for Digital Development, Communication and Media. On the same day, President Putin issued a corresponding decree.

Noskow is a member of the board of directors of the joint stock company "TransTelekom". It is a co-founder of various autonomous non-commercial organizations.

He is married and has three daughters.
