Control Council Act No. 62

The Control Council Law No. 62nd of 20 February 1948 the last of the Control Council laws that, while the last time Allied Control Council met together. The law came into effect a month later on March 20, 1948.

The law abolished the legal provisions from the time of the church struggle . As a result of this, the German Evangelical Church was placed under compulsory administration by the Reich Ministry for Church Affairs . Specifically, it is:
