Concept Official

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In Austria, a concept officer is a civil servant with a degree in law who, on behalf of his authority, primarily processes files and writes documents. Even if the term concept official is not a legally defined official title or usage designation, it has been in use since the times of the Danube Monarchy until today.

Concept officers of the security authorities (“police lawyers”), such as state police departments , are used, for example, as speakers for criminal proceedings or administrative acts. You are mainly employed in the office, but can also act as a representative in the field, even in uniform.
