use

Roof with brim tile covering

The appearance of the brim tile covering is characterized by the non- rectangular position of the individual roof tiles in relation to the battens . According to the arrangement of the brim, brim tiles are usually covered with left-hand cladding, but there are also brim bricks for right-hand cladding. Roofing and wall cladding with brim tiles can be found mainly in southern Lower Saxony , Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia .

The height overlap is at least 8 cm. The distance between the battens results from the length of the brim.
