As criminalization in the will criminology process referred to the behavior to crime and the persons carrying on criminals be made. Previously legal behavior becomes an illegal act due to legislation or changes in the application of existing laws. Such changes are usually limited in terms of time by the prohibition of retroactive effects . The antonym to criminalization is decriminalization .
