Cryptorealism

Cryptorealism is a term coined by the art critic Hanns Theodor Flemming for the painting style, which was brought to life by the artist Davood Roostaei in the early 1990s.

The individual elements are encrypted almost beyond recognition due to the complexity of the image. There is no stopping at the dimensions of the picture. Thus, by rotating the image, viewers can discover further encrypted elements.
