Kulle Dziuk
Andreas "Kulle" Dziuk is a German musician and singer. He plays drums and keyboards , among other things .
biography
Andreas Dziuk took classical piano lessons for several years and is a drummer and guitarist. After graduating from high school and a few years as a student in Cologne, he moved to Berlin in the 1990s, where he was mainly on tour and in the studio as a keyboard player and drummer with various bands, such as B. Pearls at swine, Pankow , Dziuks Küche , East Blues Experience.
Since 2000 he has primarily been writing music for the theater, was musical director at the Hans Otto Theater in Potsdam from 2000 to 2006 and at the Stadttheater in Ingolstadt from 2007 to 2010. Here he also arranged and conducted various musicals (Jesus Christ Superstar, Evita, Rocky Horror Picture Show). But then he moved back to Berlin, also for family reasons. He has been freelance since 2010, writing film music (including for Andreas Dresen ), is still keyboard player and producer at Pankow and writes songs and stage music, among others. a. for the Staatstheater Braunschweig, Schauspielhaus Zürich, Leipzig, Dessau, Kassel and again Potsdam.
For several years he has had his own band PAPERWALL , for which he writes songs in English (somewhere between folk, rock and pop) and with which he sings and plays the guitar. From 2010 to 2013 he was a lecturer at the UdK Berlin, because of time constraints he stopped there.
