Laetitia Muespach
Laetitia Muespach (born April 10, 2002 ) is a Swiss and French wrestler.
Career
Laetitia Muespach started at the Therwil wrestling club in 2009 and took part in her first tournament in 2010. The 1.60 m tall wrestler starts in the 62 kg weight class and fights for SGL Village-Neuf in France. She does her training units in Therwil, Village-Neuf, Rheinfelden, Adelhausen and Sausheim.
Due to her place of residence in the French municipality of Leymen and her Swiss citizenship, which she obtained in 2018, she can start in both countries. The pupil drew attention to herself for the first time at national championships in 2016 by winning the bronze medal at the French championships and the silver medal at the Swiss championships. In the same year she also won silver at the big Easter tournament in Utrecht.
In 2017, she finished third in the French and Swiss championships and was also second again at the Easter tournament in Utrecht. In the following year, she was able to win the runner-up title at the French championships and third at the Swiss championships. In 2018 she was also able to win the big tournament in New York.
In 2019 she returned home with a bronze medal from the French championships and in Switzerland she became vice Swiss champion.
