The Landesverband des Verkehrsgewerbes Sachsen-Anhalt eV (LVSA) is a registered association with headquarters in Magdeburg , which currently has around 200 "full members" and supporting members.

founding

The association was founded on April 9, 1990 by 107 transport companies in Halle (Saale). The first entry in the register of associations at the Halle district court was made on May 21, 1990 under no. 80, after the office was relocated to the state capital under no. 763 in the register of associations at the Magdeburg district court.

Association purpose

The association is a general association of the private transport industry, which includes road hauliers, freight forwarders, furniture hauliers, warehouses, waste management companies and public transport companies . The LVSA acts as a professional and employers' association and business association at state level.

The purpose of the association is to represent the interests of members vis-à-vis politics, administration, business organizations, the media and employee representatives as well as to exercise legal rights.

Any transport trader resident or established in Saxony-Anhalt can acquire membership in the association for his / her company and for himself or for an authorized representative. Extraordinary and supporting memberships can also be granted.
