Landgang stands for:

  • Landing (biology) , land settlement of plants, animals and other living beings that previously only lived in water
  • Shore (seafaring) , leaving a ship for several hours by individual crew members or the entire crew while berthed in port
  • Landgang grant , annual grant for a German-speaking writer
  • Gangway , the connection between the ship and the quay, via which the ship can both be left and entered
  • Impact of a hurricane on the mainland (usually associated with severe damage)
